AKRS Equipment, a leading and growing John Deere dealership, is looking for an experienced Digital Experience Manager to lead our digital sales and marketing strategies.

In this newly created position you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead initiatives to engage customers through digital channels and platforms to include websites, SEO, PPC, social and digital messaging applications
• Build and optimize web pages and applications to drive traffic to and through digital channels
• Leverage tools to monitor channel performance and drive continuous improvement
• Manage the execution of breakthrough digital experiences to drive business results and optimize performance
• Develop CRM strategies to foster customer growth, satisfaction and loyalty

We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious digital professional with a desire to grow their career. Must possess the minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and have significant experience managing digital commerce and platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of web design principles, digital platforms, data and e-commerce. Also important for success in this role: innovation, collaboration, and strong problem solving and project management skills.
