Description
The Store Support Coordinator will perform a range of administrative support duties to support our Neligh Valley location’s customers, managers and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional Customer Experience for all in-store and phone-in customers; Receive visitors and telephone calls, fielding and answering questions directly when possible; Ensure customers are directed to and helped by the appropriate department when needed
- Open work orders to support the service department and assist the service manager in tracking work orders through to closure and invoicing
- Assist Service Manager in preparing, closing and invoicing RO’s to internal stock #’s, customers and warranty tickets
- Assist Service Manager in monitoring and staying on top of WIP to stay current on invoicing RO’s.
- Assist customers with basic billing questions and invoice inquiries; escalate more sensitive and complex questions and inquiries to the appropriate manager
- Reconcile daily cash till and prepare bank deposits
- Distribute mail
- Run errands to support the location including trips to the post office, bank, and courthouse as needed to register vehicles
- Scan vendor invoices into A/P document storage system for processing
- Assist the sales team with miscellaneous sales processing activities as requested
- Support new hires and managers through the new hire onboarding process
Requirements:
- General knowledge of mechanical/Irrigation terms
- Administrative support experience
- Basic knowledge of accounting practices
- Ability to work in a fast paced multi-faceted environment
- Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma; Associate Degree preferred
