Irrigation Service Manager Responsibilities:

• Sell New and Used Valley center pivot irrigation systems
• Diagnoses, services and repairs Valley and completive center pivot irrigation systems to ensure correct operation
• Collect and maintain customers information
• Conduct new pivot field demonstrations
• Supervises and schedules Valley service technicians
• Ensures all repair orders, including accurate time keeping, are reviewed and finalized

Irrigation Service Manager Requirements:

• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems used in the installation and repair of Valley and competitive equipment
• Excellent understanding of irrigation system components such as electrical center pivot systems, pumps, pipelines, flow meters, air vents, valves, etc.
• Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision
• Excellent customer service skills are required
• Associate’s Degree is preferred
• Management skills and strong service experience preferred
• Maintain a clean driving record with a commercial Driver's License
