Responsibilities

• Sell machinery and sprayer equipment to customers generated through internet and social media leads and follow-up
• Maintain current product knowledge on features and benefits of all equipment
• Collect and maintain customer information in the CRM for all qualified leads generated; Track and monitor follow up on leads and track lead close ratio
• Manage on-line promotions
• Maintain current knowledge of financing options to assist customers with securing the purchase of new and used goods

Skills and Qualifications

• 3+ years of equipment sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment and farming or operational practices preferred
• Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
