We are looking for a Retail Finance Manager to join our Lincoln team. In this role you will oversee and manage sales processing and financing procedures. Including directly managing the sales processing and finance support teams and working closely with the sales teams at each location to ensure all sales are invoiced accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, train, and develop team to administer AKRS sales processing and financing procedures.
• Provide training and support to Sales Coordinators and sales team, assisting with closing sales as needed.
• Ensure all sales are processed and invoiced timely and accurately.
• Work directly with employees cross-functionally to develop relationships, improve workflow, and enhance the sales process.
• Becomes well versed on finance and lease programs and stays up to date as programs evolve.
• Assists sales team with insurance and other protection plans including but not limited to warranties and aftermarket support products.
• Maintains current inventory log and makes recommendations to management.
• Maximizes profitability, working with the sales team to capitalize on all opportunities.
• Sets standards and mentors team members in sound financial practices.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Finance & Insurance management.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal, mentoring, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated professional with superior customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
